This Privacy Policy explains how Report Nexus LLC ("Report Nexus", "we") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the NexusLink platform (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account information — name, email, display name, and sign-in identifiers (e.g. OAuth, magic-link, or key-based logins).
• Billing information — subscription and invoice records. Card details are collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage & technical data — log data such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and sign-in events, used for security and operating the Service.
• Customer Content — the data and code you deploy to your tenant, which we process on your behalf to host your tenant.

2. How we use information

To provide, secure, and improve the Service; to process subscriptions and payments; to communicate with you about your account; to prevent abuse; and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your use of payment features is subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy. We receive limited billing metadata (e.g. status, amounts, card brand and last four digits) but not full card numbers.

4. Cookies & sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to operate authenticated features. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Disabling cookies may prevent you from signing in.

5. How we share information

We share information with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, payment processing, cloud hosting/CDN, and source-control integrations used for deploys), under obligations of confidentiality. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the platform. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data retention

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and security purposes. Tenant data may be deleted after a reasonable period following termination.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption of secrets at rest and tenant isolation. No system is perfectly secure.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
